Birth preparation courses prepare you for childbirth. They explain the different stages of labour, discuss pain relief options and provide tips on what to do during contractions.

I offer private birth preparation classes. The class lasts approximately 3.5 hours and costs CHF 300 (health insurance covers CHF 150 for birth preparation classes). Classes can be held in German, English or Dutch.
